MDO Registration Fall 2026/Spring 2027

This form is for children who will be 2 months -3 years old by 9/1/26.

Registration opens on Wednesday, February 18th at 10 AM for Central members and for families who are currently enrolled in Central's Weekday or MDO programs. Spots are filled on a first come first serve basis. Any remaining spots will be open to the public beginning Wednesday, March 4th. Once all spots are filled you can complete this form to be added to the waitlist.

Your child will NOT have a spot in MDO or be officially registered until you have completed the steps below:
1. Complete and submit the registration application form.
2. You will receive an email from the Director within a few days offering you a spot if one is available. (Spots are filled in the order that the registration form is received.)
3. If you are offered a spot, you will receive a payment link. You must pay the $150 non-refundable registration fee online to secure your child's spot.

Time: 9:00am-2:30pm
Ages: 2 months– 3 years (as of 9/1/26)
Registration Fee (non-refundable): $150.00
Monthly Tuition: M/W $300
